McClure Limited have been providing a wide range of exceptional
products to the catering trade in the Central and Southern Lake
District for almost 70 years and we are now proud to introduce a
range of local produced smoked meat and fish products under the
Taste of the Lakes brand (please see below)
One
of our major objectives is to create a range of products that provide
our customers with excellent quality and choice. These new additions
to our range are ideal examples of W McClure meeting the demands
of our customers.
Our
smoked chicken and duck breasts have been bred on estates within
the Lake district, the smoked salmon, gravadlax, haddock and salmon
fillets have been obtained from the Solway Firth and Irish Sea and
the sausage produced and smoked locally.
     
We
are always looking at ways of improving our offer and service to
our wide range of clients and see these new and exciting products
complement our overall product offering.
This
is the beginning of a new range of premium, local and organic products
that W McClure will be sourcing and introducing in the coming months
which we feel will meet your customer ever changing requirements.
