What a great day we had at our Annual Catering Competition held at Kendal College. This year the standards were even higher than last year, which is saying a lot. The students had a budget of £10 to create 3 courses and could each decide what they would like to produce for the panel.
This year the judging panel was joined by Graham Gelder from McClures, Michael Southcott from the Café Ambio Group and Jack Bond, Head Chef from the 5 Star Gilpin Spice Restaurant.
