Place fillets on foil, dot with butter and season with salt and pepper to taste. Wrap loosely in foil and place on baking tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for 20?25 minutes or until cooked through. For fan assisted ovens, reduce temperature to 180°C/350°F/Gas mark 4. MICROWAVE (from frozen): Place fi llets on a microwaveableplate, cover and vent. Put the plate into the microwave & cook for the following: Wattage / Cook on full power (1 fi llet) Category B(650W) 4 ? 5 minutes Category D (750W) 3 ? 4 minutes Category E (850W) 2½ ? 3½ minutes Allow to stand for one minute. Storage Instructions Keep frozen, store below -18'C. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
