Preparation Directions For Use Ensure ingredients of the pack are thoroughly mixed before taking out the amount required, as settling may occur during transit. FOR PART USE OF TUB - TO MAKE ONE LITRE Measure out approx 200g (7oz) of Curry Sauce mix. Mix with 1 litre (approx 1¾ pints) of cold water. Bring to the boil stirring continuously and simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. TO USE THE WOLE TUB Mix the contents to a smooth paste with 3 litres (approx 5¼ pints) of cold water. Mix into 9 litres (approx 15 ¾ pints) of boiling water. Bring back to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes approx 12.75 litres (22½ pints). Storage Instructions Store in a cool, dry place.
