Water, concentrated tomato paste (22%), sugar, white rice vinegar (10%) [rice vinegar, salt], red chilli paste (6.5%) [red chilli peppers, salt, acidity regulator (acetic acid)], modified maize starch, light SOY sauce [water, salt, SOYA beans, roasted WHEAT, sugar, alcohol], garlic puree, ginger puree, rapeseed oil, coriander leaf.
Preparation
Directions For Use : To make 2.2 litres add one part water to one part concentrated sauce, alternatively use as desired or according to a ufs.com recipe suggestion. Suggested portion size 100ml (50ml sauce + 50ml water). Storage Instructions : Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 5 days, or freeze remaining contents immediately. Defrost in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours
