A twist on a popular Scottish dessert. Cobbs Double Layer Cranachan Raspberry Cake is a traditional Scottish dessert featuring toasted oatmeal, raspberries, cream and of course whisky. We have adapted the dessert to make a sponge cake with raspberries in the mix, topped with buttercream and toasted oatmeal. To display the cake we recommend adding fresh raspberries as shown.
Directions For Use Remove from cardboard box and fully defrost before consuming. Storage Instructions Keep Frozen until required. Once product has defrosted, keep in a cool place away form direct sunlight. Keep covered or and consume within 3 to 5 days and before the best before date.
