Haddock (Melanogrammus Aeglefi nus) (50%) (FISH), WHEATFlour (contains Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water,Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Maize Starch, WHEAT Starch, Raising Agent (Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Ammonium Carbonate), Yeast Extract, Stabiliser (Xanthan gum), Dextrose, Yeast, Sunfl ower Oil, Sunflower Lecithin.
Preparation
Deep fry in hot oil at 180ºC for 5 - 7 minutes. Alternatively place on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 200ºC/Gas mark 6 forapproximately 18 minutes.
