This Country Range Red Cherry Fruit Filling is a sweetened red cherry fruit filling with added flavour. Whole and broken cherries are used, and added to a medium thick red sauce. This sauce is glossy, morello red in colour and gives off a tangy cherry flavour, with a soft fruit texture. Ideally used as filling for a pie.
