WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Vegetable Oils (Palm, Rapeseed), Sugar, Raising Agents (Glucono Delta Lactone, Potassium Bicarbonate, Disodium Diphosphate), Dextrose, WHEAT Gluten, Salt, Free Range Whole EGG Powder, Whey Powder (MILK).
Preparation
Directions For Use MAKE UP INSTRUCTIONS Place required amount of mix (see table below) into a bowl and add the suggested amount of water. Using a beater blend the water in on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down and mix for 1 minute on medium speed. BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: Individual Scones - roll out and cut to the desired size. Finish with egg wash and flour etc. Rest for 15 minutes and then bake at 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 for approximately 10 minutes. Scone Rounds - scale at 225g/8oz mould round and pin out. Place on baking sheets cut into four and egg wash. Rest for 15 minutes and then bake at 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 for approximately 15-20 minutes. Fruit scones - add 56g/2oz fruit per 450g/1lb dry mix. Other varieties which can be prepared include cherry cheese turnover and hot plate scones. These instructions are intended as a guide and may require changes to fit individual conditions. Storage Instructions Store in cool and dry conditions away from direct sunlight and frost. Once opened reseal the pack store in cool and dry conditions.
