Like our Blue Stilton, White Stilton has a Protected Designation of Origin and can only be made in one of three counties - Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire from locally-produced milk. A mild, crumbly white stilton, this cheese has a fresh, creamy flavour. It is best eaten when young; 3-4 weeks.
