A mild cheese based stock which can replace up to 75 percent of cheese in a cheese sauce. Ideal for cheesy mash, classic cheese sauce, bread and batter mixes and risottos, it can also be added to flour dusting mixes for goujons and is delicious in vegetarian dishes.
Directions For Use To make stock, simply add the required amount of stock mix (20g) into 1 litre (1.75 pints) of boiling water and stir until dissolved. Storage Instructions Always reseal after use and keep in a cool, dry place.
