Essential Cuisine Vegetable Stock Mix is a concentrated, quality mix for use in creating savoury, flavourful vegetable stocks. It is ideal for a wide variety of recipes, from risottos and soups to sauces and casseroles. Our vegetable stock mix is low in fat, gluten free, and contains no artificial colours, or preservatives. It is made from a selection of onion, carrot, tomato and celeriac , with added garlic and herbs for a delicious depth of flavour.

Directions For Use To make stock, simply add the required amount of stock mix (12 - 20g) into 1 litre (1.75 pints) of boiling water and stir until dissolved. Storage Instructions Always reseal after use and keep in a cool, dry place.
