Vacuum sealed in a clear bag. Ready to eat but for best results cook 5 mins in an oven at 150'c then 5 mins under a hot grill to crisp up the skin. Once opened consume within 72 hours. If opened on the last day of stated shelf-life the product should be consumed on that day. Storage Conditions: Product will be stored and delivered under chilled conditions between 0°C and 5°C.
