Pre-Order Only Order by Midnight Monday for delivery on Friday (Same Week) Order by Midnight Thursday for delivery on Wednesday (Following Week) We cure locally sourced belly pork in our own Taste of the Lakes recipe of herbs and spices- Garlic, Black Pepper, Juniper Berries, Nutmeg, Thyme and Bay Leaf. Then we gently smoke the pancetta over oak chippings for a full even flavour. You could chop the pancetta into cubes and add to soups or pasta for added depth of flavour, or try slicing it into wafer thin pieces to fry and make the core of an incredible salad. Between 1.5kg to 2kg in weight.
Once opened consume within 72 hours. If opened on the last day of stated shelf-life the product should be consumed on that day. Storage Conditions: Product will be stored and delivered under chilled conditions between 0°C and 5°C.
