Here on Fiddler’s Farm we pride ourselves on making original Lancashire Crisps –using potatoes grown on our family farm, hand cooked in our own kitchens and enhanced with the traditional flavours of Lancashire, a region renowned for its food heritage. In our view no one makes vinegar quite like Ellsey's - a Lancashire family firm who have been producing the stuff for over 80 years. Their strong, hearty vinegar is made from malted barley and goes with our crisps like chips do with fish. So when we decided to make a salt and vinegar flavour, there was only one choice of vinegar, Ellsey's Malt. Enjoy with friends straight from the bag, just as you would with chips!
