Also called Israeli couscous or pearl cous cous, serves as a substantial base for salads, pilafs, and side dishes. Perfect for absorbing flavours and adding a unique twist to culinary creations.
Directions For Use Cooking suggestion: Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of oil, 100g Israeli Couscous, 250ml of boiling water. Fry Giant Couscous in the oil for 1 minute (stirring to coat Israeli Couscous with oil) Add boiling water. Boil and simmer, lid on pan for 6 minutes (stirring occasionally) but this can vary. Take off heat and leave for 5-7 more minutes before serving. Serves 2 people. Storage Instructions Ambient, cool, dry.
