Longley Farm Creme Fraiche - Drawing on fifty years of dairying experience, we have combined the finest milk with a traditional French recipe to create our Crème Fraîche. With origins in Norman times the Jersey cow is prized for its excellent milk. We have therefore chosen to use it to give our Crème Fraîche a clean taste with good body and distinctive colour.
