Directions For Use Household preparation (for 750 g of frozen mashed potatoes = 3 to 4 persons) Cook from frozen In a microwave oven (10 to 14minutes): Pour the content of the bag in an adapted dish. Add approximately 200 ml of water or milk according to the consistencythat you wish to obtain and cover. Heat 10 to 14 minutes (*). Stir halfway through cooking. (*) 14 minutes at 650 W or 12 minutesat 750 W or 10 minutes at 1000 W. In a saucepan (8 to 12 minutes): Pour the content of the bag in an adapted dish. Addapproximately 250 ml of water or milk according to the consistency that you wish to obtain. Heat 8 to 12 min. on a medium heatand stir regularly. If you want to prepare a smaller portion, please decrease the quantity of mashed potatoes, liquid and theduration of cooking in a proportional way. Professional preparation Do not thaw before use. In a saucepan (for 1 kg of frozenmashed potatoes): Add 250 to 300 ml water or milk and heat for 8 to 10 min. while stirring regularly. In a microwave oven (for 1 kgof frozen mashed potatoes): Add 200 to 250 ml water or milk, cover and heat 10 to 16 minutes, while stirring regularly. In a combi-steamer (for 2,5 kg of frozen mashed potatoes): Heat 10 to 12 min. at 100°C (position steam). Stir before serving.
