Ingredients
WHEAT Flour (with Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Vegetable Suet ( Palm Oil, WHEAT Flour), Strawberry Jam (17%) [Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Strawberries, Gelling Agent (E440), Acidity Regulators (E330, E331), Colour (E163), Natural Flavouring],Water, Sugar, Raising Agents (E450i, E500ii), WHEAT Flour.
Preparation
HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: MICROWAVE: For best results defrost for approximately 4 hours in a refrigerator at 5°C. Remove foil and slice pudding. Place individual slices on a microwavable plate and heat on full power, 750W 45 seconds, 1100W 30 seconds, 1800W 25 seconds. Once defrosted store in a refrigerator (5ºC) and consume within 48 hours. RE-HEATING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: OVEN: Loosen sides of foil, place in a pre-heated oven at 200°C, 400°F, Gas mark 6 for approximately 1 hour. After 30 minutes of the re-heat time turn over the pudding. Remove from foil and serve. WARNING: JAM will be very HOT once slices are re-heated.
