Mornflake Wholegrain OATFLAKES (73%), Dried Skimmed MILK, Sugar.
Preparation
Directions For Use : Peel back foil lid. Add boiling water to suggested fill line (approx. 170mls). Stir straight away after adding boiling water until fully mixed. Replace foil lid and stand for 1 minute. Stir again, then enjoy. Be careful, the contents will be hot. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwaving.
