Directions For Use Fill a medium size saucepan with oil to a depth of 3cm and heat until very hot (200°C). Test the temperature with one prawncracker, it should puff up instantly. Remove from the oil. Fry a few at a time, remove as soon as they are puff ed up and drain wellon kitchen paper. Alternatively use a deep fat fryer.
