Directions For Use COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Parametri di cottura Consigli per la preparazione Cooking times and temperatures Method for preparation Acqua bollente: 2 min - Versare gli gnocchi ancora surgelati in un cuocipasta con acqua salata bollente; - Appena ritornato il bollore, lasciare cuocere secondo il tempo indicato mescolando di tanto in tanto; - Scolare gli gnocchi; - Condire a piacimento. Per una preparazione ottimale, rispettare sempre la proporzione di un litro di acqua bollente ogni 100 g di prodotto. Boiling water: - Without defrosting, add the gnocchi to a pasta cooker full of boiling salted water - Once water returns to boil, cook pasta according to the cooking time recommended. Stir occasionally. - Drain the gnocchi; - Season to taste. For perfect gnocchi, always use one litre of boiling water for every 100g of product.
