Deep frozen, fresh wide long ribbon tagliatelle pasta, as part of Surgital's Laboratorio Tortellini range. These Tagliatelle differ from the norm in that they have a much coarser texture due to traditional production techniques which allows the Pasta to hold more sauce. All Laboratorio Tortellini's expertly deep-frozen pastas are made using durum wheat semolina to ensure the pasta keeps its firmness when cooked
Directions For Use Boiling water: 2-3 min. Without defrosting add the pasta to a pasta cooker full of boiling salted water. - Once water returns to the boil, cook pasta according to the recommended cooking time. Stir occasionally. - Drain the pasta; - Season to taste. For perfect pasta, always use one litre of boiling water for every 100g of pasta.
