Preparation TO STEAM: Leave film in place. Steam without pressure, for approximately 30 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before removing film. Individual puddings may be MICROWAVED at 800w for 30 seconds only. Do not use higher power setting or fruit may burn and pudding become bitter. Leave to stand for 20 seconds before turning out of bowl.
