Preparation Cut film lid away and turn out cold pudding. Cut into slices or fingers, reassemble block and put back in tub. Steam: wrap tub in foil and steam without pressure for approx 90 minutes. Can also be reheated in a bain marie. Microwave; place tub upside down on a suitable plate and microwave as below: 800 watt, full power for 5 minutes; 1000 watt, full power for 4 minutes ; 1200 watt, full power for 3 minutes and 20 seconds Leave to stand for at least 2 minutes before turning out of the tub. Check that the pudding is piping hot throughout, before separating portions with 2 spatulas. Once opened keep product in an airtight container and refrigerate. Consume within 3 days.
