Preparation
Select the correct size warmed teapot (10oz for one person, 20oz for two) and add one tea bag per person. Add freshly drawn boiling water and leave standing for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir gently and serve. Earl Grey is best served black, or with a touch of milk or a slice of lemon.
